For the duration of your stay you can rent bathrobes - costs € 7,--; deposit € 20,--; registration at the front desk.
Broken ameneties
If there are any technical faults in your room, please fill in the “REPARATURSCHEIN” form and put it on the table in your room, or inform us at the front desk (phone: 500). We do our best, to fix broken things immediately.
Bikes
We do offer an in-house bike rental, with city bikes, mountain bikes and fully e-mountainbikes.
City or Mountainbike: € 16,-- all day respectively € 10,-- half day
Fully-e-Mountainbike: € 45,-- all day respectively € 35,-- half day or € 18,-- for 2 hrs
You will get the key for the locks at the reception, as well as a bike map, helmets are also available . You can store your own bikes in the bike garage directly next to the hotel.

Check-in
We can guarantee your room for check in latest at 4 pm on. However we try to provide your accommodation as soon as possible - the use of all the hotel's infrastructure upon arrival is self-evident. Please let us know your estimated check in time, in case of particularly early or late arrival (later than 7.00 p.m.).
Check-out
Check-out time is till 11.00 a.m. For the posibilty of a late check out, please contact the reception.INVOICE: We ask you to pay the bill the day before departure till 9.00 p.m. to avoid waiting times during the main season. Please notice, that we only can accept credit cards from a minimum consumtpion of € 35,--.
Cleaning
Extra cleaning of rooms that are dirtier than "normal", will be charged separately, as well as obvious damage! Please be aware that all rooms are non smoking area.

You buy this bonus card once and you have access to many attractions, such as cable cars, panoramic and excursion routes, boat trips, museums, animal parks and many other leisure activities.

Mini bar/fridge
The minibars are available in the rooms as a service of the hotel for your own use - they are not fillded. You are also welcome to get drinks for your room at the bar.

Night & side entrance
The side/night entrnaces at all houses can be opened with your particular room key. At the main house, please use the night entrance next to the parking area (directly at the hotel). For the Ferienschlossls entrance, use the small white door next to the main entrance (glass door). At the guest house your room key will open the main entrance at the parking slot 24/7.

You will find the parking area in front of the hotel on the opposite side of the main building. Please use the loading zone only for unloading and loading.

Drinks you consume at the pool are will be charged to your room. Please fill in your room number/name on te priveded form.

can be found in every room next to the bedside table and at the wardrobe.
Sports camp
offers the following sports and game possibilities: tennis, soccer, basketball, badminton. You will get sports equipment like soccer and volley balls, tennis and ping pong rockets as well as darts at the front desk. Please no soccer shoes!
Telephone
Every room is equipped with a phone. You can easily call room to room simply by dialing the room number. For the reception please dial 500 from the main house and R 500 from the Ferienschlossl. From the guest house please call 04248 23110.
Tennis
Registration at the reception. The sports camp is available 6.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. for playing tennis. If you like to play tennis later, please make a request at the reception – otherwise the sports arena is available for all guests and children.
Umbrella
If the sun doesn’t shine. We are happy to offer you an umbrella free of charge. You find them in your room, hanging on the wardrobe.
Valuables
Please store your valuables and “high” money amounts at your room's safe.
Sauna & Massages
The saunas (Finnish sauna & Bio suana) are located in the Ferienschlössl and also offer a relaxation room and a fresh air terrace. You will find sauna towels directly at the sauna entrance.Locker room and lockable boxes are also available. For the sake of order, we would like to point out that children under the age of 16 are not permitted.
Attention: In summer times we have moved away from strict sauna schedules, also for environmental reasons. Please see us at the reception for your sauna relaxation. THANK YOU.
Massage
We work together with an external masseur. For massages or appointment requests, please contact the front desk.

Unserer Saunen befinden sich im Ferienschlössl, ebenerdig durch die große Glastüre gerade vor. Wie beim Check-in angeführt bitte wir um "Voranmeldung" an der Rezeption. Saunatücher finden Sie direkt vor der Saunakabaine.
Schuhlöffel
Schuhlöffel für bequemes An- und Ausziehen der Schuhe hängen ebenfalls auf der Garderobe. Ein kleines Nähzeug für Notfälle finden Sie kostenlos beim Nachtkästchen.
Strandbäder & Seezugänge
Hotel-Seezugang: Dieser ist ca. 4 Gehminuten entfernt -vierten Haus rechts den Weg hinunter, Sie überqueren die Bundesstraße und den Bahnübergang - links 50 m danach befindet sich das Bad! Hierfür benötigen Sie unsere Strandkarte für Sonnenhügel-Gäste! Diese erhalten Sie bei Ankunft an der Rezeption!
Gemeindebad: durch das Dorf – in westlicher Richtung - durch die Unterführung direkt vor der Hauptstraße durch und gehen Sie geradewegs auf den See zu.
Erlebnisbad Ossiach: mit der großen Wasserrutsche befindet sich auf der anderen Seeseite (ca. 15 Autominuten)
Gratis Seezugang Stadt Villach: In St. Ändrä auf der anderen Seeseite befindet sich ein Gratis-Seezugang der Stadt Villach. Ideale Zwischenstation beim Radfahren!
Tennis
Gerne reservieren wir Ihnen den Tennisplatz in der Zeit von 6.00 bis 13.00 Uhr exclusiv für Ihr Tennismatch, die restliche Zeit steht die Sportarena prinzipiell allen Sportlern zur Verfügung. Anmeldung und Ausrüstung an der Rezeption erhältlich.

Der gratis Ski-Shuttle-Bus hält direkt vor dem Hotel (vor dem Haupteingang) und bringt Sie mehrmals am Vormittag bequem direkt bis zur Talstation der Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn.
Für die Rückfahrt queren Sie die Straße und nehmen Sie den Skibus in Fahrtrichtung Sattendorf, zurück zum Hotel.

Ihr Skiequipment können Sie ganz bequem auch ausleiehen. Dazu gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten:
